Join us for our 21st Annual Before Stonewall Show!
On these shows, we highlight GLBT singers, songwriters, and producers whose careers flourished before the start of the modern Gay Liberation and Pride movements.
This show will feature recordings mostly from the 1950s and 1960s.
Among the featured artists will be Joe Meek, Dusty Springfield, Norma Tanega, and others.
This show is dedicated to the memory of Taylor Cage (who hosted KOOP’s Queer Waves).
It’s happening on June 27 from 1 to 2 p.m. on 91.7 FM (and koop.org).
