Art pop sensation Caroline Polachek, formerly of the indie duo Chairlift, arrives in town next week to support her sophomore effort, Desire, I Want to Turn Into You. Having been cited as the best art/alt-pop has to offer in this day and age, her weaving experimental songs of yearning and tenderness will be guaranteed to leave you wanting more. Bringing along with her vaporwave legend George Clanton, this is THE electronic music show of the week.

The co-founder of the modern soul sensation Black Pumas, as well as the best guitar player in town, needs little introduction. It’s easy to feel queasy looking at Adrian’s staggering discography, his prolific talent pumping out project after project. With the Jaguar Sound, he’s embarked on an experimental instrumental sound that might rise up as one of his best outings yet.
