Monday 4.17.23 at 7 pm: Hey Loretta! Pie Social, Continental Club, Country ($20)
Loretta Lynn met her husband at a pie social, just like the one Austin has been throwing in her honor since 1996. Just about everyone with some Texas swing and rockabilly soul will be performing in benefit of the SIMS foundation this Monday. Brennen Leigh, Amber Digby, Marti Brom, Summer Dean, Teri Joyce, Janet Lynn, and Kathryn Legendre all lead the charge, with Shinyribs’ Kevin Russell taking over the pie auction. Come hungry and ready to throw down at this great celebration of the Coal Miner’s Daughter.
Wednesday, 4.19.23 at 5 pm: Freddie Steady Krc, Meridian at Zoi Marker, Psych/Country (Free)
Freddie is a ubiquitous name in the local music scene. Having played with just about everyone, from Roger Waters to Jerry Jeff Walker to Texas legend Roky Erickson, Freddie has been keeping the beat steady for decades all across the world. Now he brings that all-star enthusiasm to a weekly Wednesday residency out in Buda. Throwing in an extended happy hour on top, you’ll be hard-pressed for a reason not to check this out.

Thursday, 4.20.23 at 4pm: KOOP @ Fairweather (Free)
It’s another KOOP night at the Fairweather Cider company, but this one promises to be unlike any other. This time around, it’s a special 4/20 celebration collaboration with local CBD/THC merchants Earlybird, not to mention some out-of-this-world food specials brought to you by Spicy Boys and the Bad Larry Burger Club. Throughout the night, you’ll be treated to the sounds of Kind Keith and DJ sets by Art Baker of Jamaican Gold and Honest John of Voyager. If you go to only one KOOP Fairweather night this year, make it this one.
