On Eat Good Radio (Mon, 7/4 @ 2PM), guest Daniel Ramirez talks about how food seems to be everything to him but that equitable education is much more important.
John and Kendall get advice from Ramirez, a former Austin food writer, on how to be a food judge, what and where Cheeselandia is, and how foods from Daniel’s youth are still with him today. More importantly, he tells them how although his life seems to revolve around food he is very focused on quality universal education and his position at Baylor University.
Daniel suggests his favorite cheese, The Blue Jay, a juniper berry infused quintuple crème blue cheese from Deer Creek located in Sheboygan Wisconsin. Be a part of the EGR Guest Cheese of the Month Club by sampling this or any of the EGR guest recommended cheeses.
Past cheeses of the months, and absolutely delicious suggestions: Parmigiano Reggiano, Rogue River Blue, Cana de Oveja, Humboldt Fog, Mozzarella, Midnight Moon, Fromage D’Affinois and Mimolette.
