inclusive discussion around topics important to the disability
community and their allies. Voices is focused on disability culture and
the arts, where host Celia Hughes brings in advocates and artists
with diverse viewpoints to talk about latest news and opportunities,
legislative successes and challenges, and artistic achievements!
Celia is the Executive Director of Art Spark Texas, a non-profit arts
organization committed to making the arts accessible to people with
disabilities in Austin and across Texas. Though Voices of Access e
bring our collective experience and expertise in disability culture and
the arts to the airwaves.
