Parke B. (she/they) is a queer non-binary multimedia creative stylist, director, and DJ living in Austin. Having grown up between Austin and NJ, Parke left the south in the early 2000’s when being queer was only just being de-criminalized on a state level. Returning in 2020 has brought a well of both grief and gifts. Through this show, wider conversations and work, Parke seeks to heal, show up and shine light on the brilliance, strength and joy that is queer community in the country today.
