The Greater Austin Area Music Census is an anonymous, online questionnaire that aims to gather information on how the local music community is fairing. It also provides an opportunity to offer suggestions about how to help and sustain the local music community, ultimately providing a baseline for policymakers and the larger Austin community to understand and help with the challenges faced by the local music community.
Anyone working creatively in music, as a musician, or in any music-related product, service, or venue in the greater Austin area, including Travis, Williamson, Hays, Caldwell, and Bastrop counties can fill out the questionnaire.
