The Singer and the Song features my 2021 interview with the late Bonnie Tyler. We recently lost Bonnie at age 75, but her music will endure. “Total Eclipse of the Heart,” “It’s a Heartache,” “Holding Out for a Hero,” and more hits showcased her distinctive husky voice and rock and roll sensibilities. She was a delightful person to speak with, as you will hear as we share that interview along with her great music for the whole hour on KOOP 91.7 FM and koop.org, 3-4pm, Saturday, October 31st, 2026. By the way, you can still hear the last two episodes of The Singer and the Song (Susan Gibson, Brittany Shane) at https://koop.org/program/the-singer-and-the-song/
