The Singer and the Song welcomes JLQ. JLQ stands for Julie Lowery Quartet, and they are a semi-acoustic Austin band that plays dreamy pop tunes with four-part vocal harmonies, lush instrumentation and catchy melodies. Each of the members has a rich Austin music history, working with folks like Larry Seaman and Javelin Boot, speaking of melodic pop.
