This Saturday on Adventures in Sound, we’ll go to the movies! March 15 is the 104th birth anniversary of director/screenwriter Joe Sarno, who directed dozens of movies from the early 1960s into the early 21st century. We’ll have a phone conversation with movie historian and biographer Michael J. Bowen about Sarno’s life and career. Several of Sarno’s films will be discussed (including Vibrations, which is playing at the Austin Film Society on March 18).
