COVER ART OF THE WEEK: Ichi Ni San Shi is an Austin based indie electronica band that has been active since around 2010. They have released two singles and three albums. DUSTY DIAMOND OF THE WEEK (a vintage gem from the STD vaults): The Sugarfreaks (also Sugar Freaks) were a very short-lived garage rock band from Bloomington, IN that released but a single and 12” EP. “Sir Fish” is an up-tempo rocker with a bouncy bass, crunchy guitar and Kim Shattuck like vocals. It appeared in 1996 on the self-titled EP on V.M.L. Records. Listen to it here:
