The Singer and the Song welcomes Amethyst Jonquille. Amethyst is a fantastic up and coming Austin singer/songwriter who is already making a mark while still in her teens. I’ve had friends bragging on her for quite a while, so I’m especially anxious to have her on the show as she performs live for us the whole hour on KOOP 91.7 FM and koop.org, 3-4pm, Saturday, March 2nd. It’s also KOOP’s Membership Drive, so call in during the program to show your support for this great community radio station.
