Scott Ritter Former UN Weapons Inspector Challenges the one-sided Ukraine Narrative Generated by our US government leaders such as Rep Jamie Raskin.

We live in a great country that affords us the latitude to pursue understandings of our choice. But our choices are increasingly not our own. Are we so thoroughly indoctrinated, mostly outside of our conscious awareness, to adopt a world perspective that rationalizes the oppression we may one day be steamrolled by?

One does not have to agree that Russia’s choice to launch its ‘special operation’ into the Ukraine was justified to see the truth that the USA and NATO provoked the invasion. One does not have to agree that the Russian decision to launch its special operation was justified to see that it was the US led coup of 2014 that largely set all these events into motion resulting in installing a government with far right neo Nazi influences throughout the highest levels of Ukraine government and military.

William Scott Ritter a former US Marine Corps intelligence officer joins BLID tonight. He served with the UN implementing arms control treaties, with General Norman Schwarzkopf in the Persian Gulf during Operation Desert Storm, and in Iraq, overseeing the disarmament of weapons of mass destruction (WMD), as a United Nations weapons inspector, from 1991 to 1998. He famously warned Congress and any one who paid attention that there were no WMD. This life experience led him to later became a critic of United States foreign policy and challenge many of the its public claims including those in Ukraine

Ritter provides shocking insights including the history of how the CIA nurtured neo Nazi interests in service of US foreign policy since WWII rather than seeking to exterminate it. He discusses the current military situation as well as Russia’s interest to avoid an invasion and promote the Minsk Treaty and more. Please join us in our pursuit of getting closer to the truth of the current Ukraine crisis.
