Vaccination Sites Accessibility and Language Access: Individuals who cannot access a location because of problems with transportation, internet, email, or computers can call 3-1-1 or 512-974-2000. Free Language Interpretation services are available over the phone and onsite. The APH Nurses Line (512 974-2000) is set up for folks who need internet, language, or other help or who have general questions.

Free Rides to Vaccinations: Local public transportation company Capital Metro is offering free rides to COVID-19 vaccine appointments. The Vaccine Access program is booking requests weekdays from 7am–6pm and Sat./Sun. from 8am–5pm. To schedule transportation, community members can call 512-369-6050 Mon.–Fri., 8am–3pm.

Missed Your Second Shot? If over three to four weeks have passed since individuals have gotten their first COVID-19 vaccination shots, they should still go get their second shots. The boost effects of the second shot still will be beneficial at preventing COVID-19 hospitalization even if administered after twelve weeks.
