Celebration of Diez y Seis

Reflections of Community Outreach celebrates Diez y Seis this Monday (Sept. 10 at 1:30 PM) with two special guests. First is Linda Crockett, Event Coordinator for the Emma S. Barrientos Mexican American Cultural Center.  The ESB-MACC is dedicated to the preservation, creation, presentation, and promotion of the cultural arts of Mexican Americans and Latino cultures.

Masters broadcasts live from BLK Vinyl (2505 E. 6th St.) They are a new record store in town as of this May and have underwritten with KOOP as a sign of community and support! TJ's good friend and label owner Robbie Carroll will spin some tunes in the shop from 6-7, and refreshments are included.
